3rd Annual TCRCM Bi-Plane Fly-In Report
August 21, 1999

Fifteen registrants - 6 out-of-towners: 2 from Whidbey Island, 2 from Idaho, two from Spokane. Weather was great - wind, what there was, was straight down the runway. Five contestants for the touch and go event. First was Don Blackmore (Idaho), second place to Roy Lightle (Walla Walla), and third place to Mark Ewert.
