& Fun Pattern Meet
July 10-11, 1999

After the longest, coldest and most windy Spring that anyone can remember in the Tri-Cities, Summer finally appeared just in time for the Tri-Cities Radio Controlled Modelers (TCRCM) Sun & Fun Pattern Meet. With the great weather, the meet was run through its full 6 rounds for the 25 contestants.
Trophies were awarded to the top 3 spots in the Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced and Masters classes, with TCRCM members pulling a substantial number of win, place or show spots. Steve Sterling got a 3rd place in Sportsman, Bill Bowen took the 1st place and Dennis Cone took 3rd place Trophies in Advanced, and Terry Hane beat out the ever-so-sultry Joan Anastasio with a 2nd place in Masters.
