SEPT.
'00 MEETING MINUTES
By Rick Magnuson
Only six hardy members endured a cold, wet and dark evening, as the clubhouse was not opened.
Around 7:10 p.m., President Ron Gibby, under the semi-protection of a pine tree, announced that there would no meeting.
President Ron, however before calling off the meeting, told the indefatigable pilots of the great job John Hanson did in CDing the Bi-Plane Fly-In and Bill Greger for leading the Cub Fly-In. He also mentioned that nominations of next year’s officers would take place at next month’s meeting with elections occurring at the November meeting.
Larry Mitchell attended the Moses Lake Fun Fly and did very well representing our Club.
There was a brief discussion that the Club should look for another facility for the monthly meeting, given the inconveniences experienced this year. One suggestion was the Benton PUD building.
The non-meeting came to an end.
