June Float Fly 2000
Another great Tri-City Radio Control Modelers Float Fly goes into the history books as a winner. At least 15 flyers were there for Saturday, and almost as many (nobody took a tally) for Sunday.
Temperatures were in the eighties, with a severe clear sky and enough of a breeze to keep it interesting, but not enough wind to drive people away or cause any crashes. Oh yes, there were crashes, but none weather related.

| Both Gary Jones and Glen
Ball had Hanger 9 scale Cessna 182's on floats. Not sure if this is Gary's or Glen's. Glen's 182 had a major problem with excessive dihedral when a wing spar broke. |
