After a delicious dinner the meeting was called to order at 7pm in Rosie's Diner on September 20, 2010.

Memebers present were a sum total of six.
No visitors this evening.

Tresures's report included September deposits of $570.00 and withdrawal of $60.00 to Waste Management for three months coverage. The new balance was $3,481.10. Money Market is $1,516.52.

Old Business of Field Maintenance

Top topic is the rebuilding of the main water pump. Doug Larsen is still getting estimates on various parts of the job. Meeting members throughly discussed ways to remove pump. Possible to apply for another city grant to cover cost if needed.

Thanks to George Wallace for this year's sprinkler blowout. A backflow preventer was discussed.

Pattern Event Report

The event was a success with 19 pilots competing. Club made $473.00.(Largest turnout in NW this season) Saturday was a good flying day. The dinner that evening at the field was hosted by Steve and Linda Sterling with help and side dishes from variuos members. Sunday was rained out. People headed home happy, but sad that another pattern season had ended.

So then the idea of a new BBQ was reviewed. Any ideas are welcome.
Then that brought up the need for another shed to store BBQ. Again any club member suggestions are encouraged.

Indian Summer Event was discussed. Suggestion to call Rob Opgenorth about Heli.

Nominatons for officers were held.

Status quo was moved seconded and passed.
