Treasures report- Checking account-$4,308.30 (Outstanding checks to Jerry Wallis-$13.90 for fuel/ $359. to Spring Green/$42. Waste Management for two months)
Membership-2 new students Money Market-$5,516.40
Field Report
Concrete under shade shelter and barbecue area is an outstanding improvement. This completes #4 on the Five Year Plan.
Stain on the shade shelter is complete and should last for another five years.
During stain job Doug reworked drip edge on shelter so runoff would not hit new pad.
Sanitary water shut off.
Sprinklers were blown out.
Old Business
Concrete project is complete. Cost was less than estimated. See attached report.
Stain done and drip edge installed.
Membership
Instructor program has two new students.
Advertising ideas include an 11x17 poster.

Doug Larson made a motion to raise the dues to $75. single and $90. family.
Point of order to check bylaws and meeting quorum for a vote was suggested.
A new position of Lawn mower maintenance officer was discussed.
Field maintenance idea to add a pop-up sprinkler on river irrigation system on the east end of the field was agreed to do next spring.
Seal kit on pump was checked and is dry.
Rob Opgenorth volunteered to do the membership duty.
New membership rooster is to be posted by the treasurer.
