Minutes of December meeting approved as read.

Treasures report - Checking account $3,100.13 Money Market $5,516.45
Total members for year is 24.

Field report

Doug Larson submitted Spring Green estimates. Question presented to compare to cost of doing job as a club. Option #1 was recommended, moved, seconded and passed. Doug will follow through with contact and payment.

Weeds are a constant concern. Permit to burn will be persued through the Benton County Air Authority.

Board Meeting

Minutes approved as read.
The meeting produced the idea of a survey of the members.
Items listed were a show and tell for club meetings that are planned and listed on the website with pictures and a write-up, door prizes at meetings, the number of non-sanctioned Fun flys for the year, and an intructor syllabus on site.
Other subjects for discussion are the helicopter pad and a new person to interface with ARC.

New Business

Work party for new sprinklers that tie into big guns.

DC charging station in the shed was suggested.

A combined event with the MAA club was mentioned.
