Meeting called to order at 7pm in the Benton PUD building conference room.

Treasures report. CD moved to Money Market. Club received $3025 from COR and spent $2200 on porta potty and installa-tion materials.

Field Report Maintenance and Activity

The grass needs weed killer. The plan is to fertilize by the end of September.

Planting of trees just inside the parking lot fence was dis-cussed.

Labor Day picnic was announced.

Old Business

New field Safety Rules not posted at field. Various forms of posting were discussed.

Road fencing project will be organized in the fall and will use the remaining $825.

Question of what to do with old porta potty resulted in agree-ment to give it away. A urinal kit will ordered for the new one.

New First Aide kit put in shed by Bill Bowen.

ARC event was successful. Thanks to everyone who helped. The organizer Bill Greger is looking for someone to take the leadership of the event.

Extra picnic tables could go to HRMC.

Richland city needs to be paid for pattern event.

New Business

HRMC is suggesting a monthly ORV coordination meeting. Doug Larsen will attend.
