The 14th Annual Model Airplane Fun Day for the Children of the ARC is on July 22, 2011. We need the volunteers there by 9:00 AM to help get everything setup as the children start arriving at 11:00 AM and will stay until 2:00 PM when we will start cleaning up and putting everything away.

The trainer flying is being organized by Steve Sterling and if you have a trainer that is flyable with a buddy box please contact Steve. We will need 5 pilots and 5 helpers.

We will also need at least another 10 volunteers to help with setup/teardown and other support during the event. Be sure to bring water with you to keep hydrated during the day. A few awning to help provide shade would also be a good idea, as the Gazebo will be totally filled with kids and helpers. If you have any questions please contact Bill Bowen or Doug Larson.
