Also the following status updates:

1. The Park Partnership contract is signed with COR which triggers the release of the $1500 for our concrete pads. Let's work toward having those done by our Memorial Day event if possible. Do we have anyone in the club who knows how or is able to finish concrete? How many folks would be available to help pour concrete on May 16th? (After Memorial Day I am heavy into remodeling my wife's kitchen.)

2. Our 5 year lease renewal is signed and the financial terms are different. Instead of paying $3.50per participant at sanctioned events we now pay a flat $1.00 per year which I have already paid.

3. The gate lock isn't working too well again so a new one has been installed.
